Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is designed to help clients discover, understand and manage “old” thoughts, feelings and memories that perpetuate unwanted and often times destructive ways of being in their present lives. In a safe, caring and confidential environment, clients identify “better” ways of managing their reactivity to uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.

The modalities used are:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
